Our Core Principles: Your Data is Yours

We designed LATBINC from the ground up to ensure you are the sole owner and controller of your information. Our architecture is built on these four pillars:

• no_accounts

  No User Accounts

  You never need to create an account, sign up, or log in to use LATBINC. Your identity remains completely anonymous because we never ask for it.

• cloud_off

  No Cloud Syncing

  Your data is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud service. There is no "sync" feature because there is no server to sync with.

• person_off

  No Personal Data Collection

  The app does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) or financial data. We don't know who you are or what your numbers are.

• phonelink_erase

  All Data Stays On Your Device

  Everything you enter into LATBINC—every goal, every number, every projection—is stored exclusively in a secure, local file on your computer or mobile device.

Data Storage

All data created by the LATBINC application is stored in a private directory on your device's local file system. The app does not have access to any other files or directories. You have full control to back up, move, or delete this file as you see fit. If you uninstall the app, all associated data is removed from your device.

App Permissions

LATBINC requests the absolute minimum permissions necessary to function. The only permission required is access to its own designated storage space on your device's file system. We do not request access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or any other private information.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app and a new "Last Updated" date on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of our privacy-first principles.
